Integrated management systems
In many companies, various management systems exist alongside each other, e.g. quality, environmental protection, health and safety etc.; however, these are not consistently put into practice everywhere. If the interaction of the different systems is only “virtual”, i.e. only superficially linked or not linked at all, the associated personnel, time and financial effortoften contrasts sharply with the overall performance.
If one brings all the different demands together into an integrated system, the time and effort involved in configuration and maintenance is minimized for the entire management system. Various synergy effects are created by the process-orientated auditing of multiple systems at the same time: e.g. the preparation of planned management systems can be tested within the audit’s existing systems, making the introduction of the new system much easier.
Financial advantages of up to 50% are not unusual, in comparison to separately processing the individual systems. Combining the audit deadlines can, for example, reduce the time required to just one on-site audit, the duration of which is significantly shorter than the total sum of the individual audits.
Almost all of our auditors are qualified to audit simultaneously to several verification standards. They examine an integrated management system from different angles and can quickly recognise a range of improvement potential that can advance the company.
