Validation according to EPRA
EPRA Sustainability Reporting
EPRA, the European Public Real Estate Association, annually presents the Sustainability Awards with the aim of encouraging companies in the real estate sector to be more transparent in their sustainability reporting in accordance with the EPRA Best Practice Recommendations on Sustainability Reporting (EPRA sBPR). 145 companies within the industry are already participating in the award.
EPRA works according to a point system. Participants are rewarded if the data collected is validated externally. Validation consists of reviewing the raw version of the report, detailed planning and assessment on site as well as issuing an audit certificate. As part of an individual workshop, we offer the opportunity to check which data you still need to collect in order to meet the requirements of the EPRA Award.
You will then submit the audit certificate with your application.
EPRA Sustainability Reporting covers the environmental impact of rented properties and EPRA's own administrative locations. EPRA refers to 17 indicators, most of which are identical to GRI reporting indicators. This enables efficient sustainability reporting in accordance with GRI or DNK.
