Emissions Trading for Stationary Installations and Air Transport
The complex requirements of emissions reporting are constantly changing – it is becoming increasingly difficult for companies to comply with new developments in a timely and compliant manner. New requirements such as the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and EU ETS 2 are increasing the complexity of emissions reporting.
According to European Directives 2003/87/EC and 2015/757, plant and air traffic operators as well as shipping companies are obliged to determine the emissions they cause and report them annually. This is based on monitoring plans (monitoring concepts) in which the monitoring methodology and emissions data management must be described completely and transparently.

Thanks to our contacts in industry, with consultants and with the German Emissions Trading Authority (DEHSt), we can inform you at an early stage about changes in emissions trading.
In addition, we independently verify the annual reporting/declaration of conformity in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2024/573 (F-Gas Regulation of the European Commission) in conjunction with (EU) 2016/879.
